meet the artist

I’m Darya Dubrovskaya, a photographer based in London.

I’m interested in the way women see themselves — the distance between self-perception and reality.

We grow up surrounded by expectations about beauty, femininity and worth. Over time, these ideas become so familiar that many women stop seeing themselves clearly.

Through photography, I explore identity, visibility and the many ways women navigate being seen.

My work sits between portraiture, editorial storytelling and commercial imagery.

    it's a little taste of a full session — intimate, calm, and very feminine. perfect if you've been thinking about a shoot for a long time but want to start with something small. or if you just want new portraits of yourself as you are now

    Soft Touch happens only once a month, there are few spots — and they are on specific dates only
